Colin Moynihan, the chairman of the British Olympic Association, will make the presentations at the end of the Royal Regatta on Sunday.
Mr. Moynihan coxed the GB men’s eight crew to silver in the 1980 Moscow Olympics and earned another silver with the crew in the World Championships the following year.
He was elected as a Conservative MP for Lewisham East in 1983 and was the Minister for Sport in Margaret Thatcher’s government.
